How this list stays honest
- Dated, not assumed. Every entry shows when we last confirmed it, in plain language.
- Openings expire. After 30 days an answer stops counting as current; after 90 we drop the claim entirely and ask again.
- Empty beats wrong. If we have not asked a city yet, this page says so instead of guessing.
- Clinics cannot buy their way onto this list. Featured placement is labeled and sold separately; it never changes whether a clinic appears here.
